INFORMATION COLLECTION AND ADVICE:

DETAILED ANALYSIS:

• We conduct a thorough analysis of your machine or plant and carefully assess the associated risks. This allows us to identify potential areas for improvement and to suggest solutions to mitigate these risks.

DESIGN:

• We size and design the electrical system considering the safety architecture. Our aim is to meet the risk assessments made during the detailed analysis, ensuring a safe and efficient installation.

TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION:

• We create a complete technical documentation including technical drawings, definition of utilities, list of motors and sensors. In addition, we prepare a technical file and CE marking procedures. Our detailed circuit diagram provides a clear graphical layout of the automation cabinet, including connection terminal blocks and junction boxes.

• The bills of materials for the electrical panel and on the machine are complete with the list of cables, routes and sizing of the user cables.

• This documentation is designed to be easily understood and consulted by installers and maintenance technicians inside and outside the company, simplifying maintenance and any future updates of the system.

PRODUCTIVE PROCESS:

• We create a Gantt chart to schedule and monitor project times. This allows us to carefully plan and monitor the progress of the project, ensuring that all activities are carried out in a timely and coordinated manner.
